Really bad service. Sent burnt out units back for testing and they didn’t respond for 6 weeks. When they did they said I needed to buy new ones without a proper explanation.
If you have suffered from failed units please email me as this company is selling junk at a premium price. Hive or Honeywell are much better devices with much better support. This company sells junk.
