Hey guys. You have always had good customer service in my opinion. Deliveries have always been prompt, the orders have always been correct and you have demonstrated that you are happy to talk with customers about any questions or concerns they may have. The truth is I am more of an old school and more underground metalhead and wish you had more merch to choose from. It is good to see old Kreator and Malevolent Creation shirts ect.. make a come back as these are things I've been chasing for years. I don't have any faith anymore buying from overseas as you spend big money and it never comes. I spent around $600 for merch from Hells Headbangers and it never came. I am sure they sent the delivery but obviously was lost in transit. Never once did they respond to my emails about this yet they continually try and sell me more and more merch. Thanks again.
