Helium10 has world-class customer support. I am very satisfied with quick responses and help from Helium10 customer support. Jungle Scout's customer support is way below Helium10's. Helium10's Product Research, Keyword Research, Analytics and Followup tools are all very useful. But I am a bit disappointed of Helium10's ADS tool. Suggestions are only based on common sense. We do not see it useful. Several months ago we had a big issue with our sponsored ads campaigns due to duplicated keywords of different match types. It took us several days working with Amazon support to troubleshoot the problem. It would be very helpful if ADS provides the ability to identify duplicated keywords of different match types across campaigns so that other users do not have to go through the painful process to find out what was wrong with their campaigns.
