There are some powerful products that I use for my business on a daily basis, but those tools also have some significant drawbacks. 1. The Profits section is great when it works. My inventory has been missing in my account for almost two months now and no one can give me any type of answer as to why this is happening. It practically renders the product useless 2. The Keyword tracker tool is extremely sluggish. Once you get over 500 works to track over all you products, the tool completely bogs down. Each menu is clunky, won't sort, can't filter, become unresponsive, etc. I have to constantly refresh to page in order to do anything in keywords that I am tracking for my 9+ products. 3. Once you are tracking keywords for an ASIN, there is no one way add ASINs to that keyword list as you add variations and scale your business. You have to create a completely new keyword tracker for all the ASINs and its child variations. Overall I've just been unhappy with the Helium 10 lately. I hope you guys can get these issue sorted, but it's been frustrating, especially with the cased copy and paste responses to the tickets I've opened.
