Hi, I just bought your product Helium 10 Platinum. I wanted to set up the Helium 10 follow-up in order to send automatic messages to anyone that buy my product. I made my own message Template with your Template Editor. I used to do it through a different website, but now that I am working with Helium 10, I wanted to do it through your website. I want my message to be as personal as possible, with the other website there is an option to add an Insert with the [[customer-first-name]], this way I could start my message with "Hi [[customer-first-name]], ......." Your "Insert Amazon Template Tags" don't have the option to add the customer-first-name and that's a pity. Please check out and consider adding this option, it is very important to me!
