Your tools are great. Your videos are great. Blogs, podcasts, your online course, all that is just great. But your admin online just sucks! I couldn't change my address myself. Your system, obviously the only one in the world, doesn't accept my normal credit card. I can't even add my phone number myself. And I can't change the time I get my daily mails with my stats and alerts. I live in Germany. I want everyday at 7am an overview of what happened the past day. And I get it only at 5pm! This is either too early or too late. But I can't even change this simple setting myself. The time zone doesn't let me. Of course, this is a detail compared to everything else you offer. You do deliver an awful lot. But if I don't write that, when are you gonna change it? It is sad to lessen such a great experience with your tolls with such unimportant details that should work.
