Overall the software is great and obviously offers a wide array of research tools. It would help to have a more inviting user interface. Although I prefer using and trust Helium 10 more, Viral Launch has a nicer "looking" interface. Overall, I am very happy with Helium 10 and all the other things you guys provide such as Project X, Refund Genie, and more. I still do not understand how one can have two Amazon windows open, run the exact same search in both windows, open the Helium 10 extension in one and Viral Launch in the other and have completely different information. I really like that you guys are always open to suggestions despite the fact that you have amazing software. Thank you for all you do for us!
