I do really like Helium 10 I think it has a lot of valuable tools and the support staff are very polite, however recently I've had a few issues that been somewhat frustrating; Firstly the search vol. for my tracked keywords remained the same for over two months and was only updated once I contacted support. Had I not noticed I feel this would never have updated. Secondly my profits has been out of sync for months now, for example 6 orders on 01/01/20 and then I receive a few orders in the early hours of the 02/01/20, profits still records the sales as having happened on the 01/01/20 until around 07.00 on the next day. I contacted support about this last year and they spoke with the developers, I provided evidence to explain the situation and then was never contacted again. I then contacted support at the start of this year and again provided more evidence but the problem still hasn't been fixed. Apart from this the rest has been very good.
