I was hoping having paid for the helium 10, my access to using the tools will be easier and simpler but they are not, although I have followed the instructions on how to connect it to my Amazon Sellers accounts. Every time I try using tools like Xray, Assin and Black box, I am denied access. I bought Helium 10 a few days ago, and as a newbie, I need a lot of practice in using helium 10 to research and analyse the profitability of my products and if I cannot use the tool I will have cancel and request for refund.
