Helium 10 is a total "swiss army knife" of everything I need to run my FBA business. The company never ceases to amaze me on 1) how fast they are to deliver 2) how reactive their support 3) how much they care about their customers (COVID support was amazing, very responsive in the FB groups) 4) how reasonable their prices are and 5) how valuable the tools are and 6) how imaginative they are at coming up with new areas of the business they support. The latest financial solutions are fabulous, and looking forward to a more general release of a PPC management solution. This is another thing they do well, rather quickly offer their premium products to all subscribers--they can because they're always coming up with new premium ideas!
