I am one of the giveaway winners that won a giveaway one week ago. My winning was not huge, it was a $2.7 CS:GO skin. Hellcase asked me via an e-mail if I would like to have the item in my Hellcase inventory or as a custom amount Steam Wallet code. I told them to give me the Steam Wallet code because I do not like these unboxing websites and their policies of allowing withdraws only after you deposit an amount. First, Hellcase took 2-3 days to respond, and when they did, they just directly put the item in my Hellcase inventory, which of course I couldn't withdraw from because they need a $2 deposit to allow withdrawals. Now, it has been 4 more days since I have been trying to contact Hellcase support and he giveaway team as well. They do not respond at all. They have horrible support and customer service. No wonder majority of the YouTubers who used to do their sellout videos do not do them anymore. These guys have not changed one thing in their website since the beginning except the case battles (because that is the rolling trend now and not having it would be RIP for them). These guys are absolutely horrible.
