I purchased parts of the Brio train set as a gift for the son of a friend. I inadvertently neglected to fill in my name and address as the owner of the credit card and, when I completed the purchase, I noticed that my friend's 3-year-old son had been indicated as the cardholder. I was unable to change this myself, so immediately contacted Hello Baby customer service team to explain the problem. I was concerned that the gift would be delayed and would not arrive in time for a birthday. However, I received a swift response, the card details were amended by a member of the customer service team and the gift arrived the following day and in good time for the birthday. I was very impressed with the service. This review may appear as though it comes from a 3-year-old boy but, in fact, is from a female adult!
