HelloBaby has been an excellent company for us. We had received a monitor as a gift for our baby, and when it broke I knew we needed to have another one because the first one was so good and useful to us. I contacted the customer service and they were extremely friendly, one of the best customer service organizations I have talked to! They were very helpful and assisted me in fixing and replacing my product, they make the best baby monitors!
