Bought a Tutti Bambini cot online, we ordered very early and it showed in stock on website, however, shortly after ordering I was contacted to advise that it would be delayed as out of stock, the next day I received another call to say it would be even later, this wasn't an issue for us as we were early ordering and didnt plan to have them use it until they were 6 months old. Despite being told a later delivery date the cot arrived early, delivered to my work. The delivery drivedr was rude and impatient, interupting my colleague who was on the phone to sign his delivery note. The cot itself was not in the best shape, they are a few imperfections and the dropside split when we tried to use it, I contacted tutti bambini as advised and emailed photos to them. They said they would replace but item was out of stock (this is mid Jan 2014) part would not be available till March, again not an issue for us as not due till May, the lady there kept me updated as the date was pushed back and eventually I called them to see what was happening in April as not heard and was told May, the cot side arrived without warning last week (mid June) so just 6 months wait! This is more a reflection on the manufacturer than Hello Baby but having said that no apology was offered for the behavior of the driver and as it is them selling thr products they should take some responsibility. Overall now that it's complete I am happy with the cot as I love the design so am prepared to overlook the somewhat shoddy finish and waiting time.
