Unable to review this product as I’ve had so many issues with the delivery company, who tried to deliver the cot to the wrong address on 2 occasions despite several phonecall’s to confirm my own address, and 2 days of sitting waiting for deliveries, by the 3rd attempt the 2 boxes were so bashed around I refused to sign for it, as it’s highly likely it would be damaged. I have returned the cot (just under a week ago) and am yet to hear from Hello Baby to send a replacement. Disappointed with my first experience of this online store and hope to get a call to resolve this very soon.
