I ordered mid November. After 2 weeks i sent an Email to the customer service because i hadn't received anything. They had no tracking mail and couldn't reply.
Eventually I've never received my parcel (a brio train for my son's birthday). after 1,5 month they finally refunded me £35.15 over £48.15.
They didn't resend anything ...I call it robbery!!!!
