Please do not purchase from this company- I placed an order for a high chair, in the photo it was black, sliver and grey. However, when it arrived it was brown and grey, when I asked to return the chair I was advised I would have to pay for the return as it was a minor discrepancy as they don't state the colour in the description, I advised it was in the title of the item which was pewter but hello baby disagree.
They did offer to arrange to pick up my item for £12.99 and they would go half on the price with me if I took down my review of the company, when I refused they withdrew the offer of collecting the item as I wasn't compromising by not wanting to remove my honest review. I wonder how many other customers have removed their reviews based on a bribe.
Hello baby clearly don't want customers to have all the information they need to make an informed decision before they make a purchase, the customer service is substandard and petty then adding in the pedantic returns policy it doesn't seem worth it. If you do buy from them you really have to be sure that you wont have an issue with the item, its taken me 10 days to get the information i need to complete the return, it started to feel like they were just trying to put me off.
I haven't had my refund yet so this review may need updated again in the near future.
