An item was ordered on March 18, 2020. I have not received the item yet. After I contacted Hello Baby via e-mail, I did receive an e-mail from them on April 6 saying item was shipped on March 20. It is now April 14, still no item. I realize these are tough times in our world, and I am in the US, but. I wish there had been shipping notification! I would not have known my package had shipped if I had not first sent Hello Baby a message. There also needs to be tracking on shipments!!!
