If I could give no stars I would. I purchased 3 items on May 11, 2020. It is now June 28, 2020, and I have still not received my order. I have repeatedly contacted customer service. I continue to receive generic responses asking me to continue to wait additional working days. I understand that this is a challenging time, but two months seems like an AWFULLY long time to wait, particularly because when I purchased these items the the shipping estimated was 10-15 days. This is particularly upsetting as these items were birthday gifts for my niece, who has now been waiting a month and a half for her gift. The emails that continue to ask me to just be patient are grating. I’m kind of done “continu[ing]to be patient”.
