We visited Hello Baby in Lancaster last year for the first time about three months before my daughters baby was due, after visiting other shops including Mothercare (where we found it difficult to even find a member of staff to speak to) We were both very happy with the information we were given on prams and car seats as nowadays its an absolute minefield when buying anything for a baby with all the rules and regulations!! The staff were extremely helpful and not at all pushy. We purchased a Joolz pram last year and this year although we could have gone locally or on the internet we returned to buy the next size maxi cosi car seats. We saw different staff members but once again they were very helpful and polite. We have since recommened Hello Baby to a few people and those who have visited the shop have been very happy. I would recommend a visit to this shop before making any decisions as they cover all your babies needs.
