V efficient communications. Contacted immediately by phone to discuss options & the proof was done & sent to me in no time. However I asked for black sides (the code on the online form wouldn't allow me to order black) and despite being told it wasn't a problem I got white! Delivery was an issue. The day before it arrived I was told to expect it the following morning so took the time off work (as the delivery company don't work weekends) & when, on the day I got the actual delivery window it was between 13.20 -14.20 so ended up having to take the afternoon off too. It did arrive within the allotted time frame though.
