First delivery was damaged by UPS. Absolutely NO problem with getting an express replacement - never known customer service like it. Purchased a few items from this company and this was the first issue, but I was so impressed by their speedy reply to an email with a resolution (5 minutes!!) this is the ONLY company I will ever use again. The quality is just fantastic and I've known such cheap prices. Cheap can mean poor quality, but in this case it only means value for money. I ordered the largest HD metal they have, wanted one for ages but had to wait for the right picture to come along. So pleased I used this company again to capture my treasured moments forever. Would recommend to anyone!
