Hello Canvas are the first canvas printing service I've used, but I chose them because I wanted the canvas with a floating frame, and I wanted it to be pretty big! 4ft x 3ft with a frame is apparently a big ask, as these guys seemed to be the only ones that could do it. Anyway, their online software is easy to use, the layout of the printed canvas looks the same as the cropped image you make on the website. So I'm really happy with that, the print themselves lose a very small amount of detail, but I imagine that is because it's printed on canvas, its not bad at all though and I'm really happy with the results, they look great! The only problem I had, and this is nothing to do with HelloCanvas, is that the frames on both canvases were damaged in transit by UPS. So both had to be sent back, then one of the replacements was damaged even worse than the original. So 3 canvases in a row were destroyed by UPS and their complete disregard for my parcels. Despite this HelloCanvas stuck with me and replaced every single one at no cost to me, and took extra measures on the final reprint and surrounded it in multiple layers of bubble wrap for extra protection. Despite UPS' best efforts to destroy this one as well, somehow the bubble wrap did it's job and now I have 2 perfect canvases. Very happy with their great customer service!
