Bought a sex doll from them, cost me over $1500, first issue was that it was a completly different doll than ordered, they offered nothing to make up for this and said it was normal that dolls are sent random, then 5 days after receiving it, the whole arm broke off when adjusting position, they offered a replacement item of my choice from a very limited number of items, nothing over a couple of hundred dollars in value, I made my choice over a month ago now and they have completly stopped replying, haven't recieved anything, am going to go to the fair trades ombardsman about this. Warning to all out there, steer clear of this site, they are dodgee liars that don't cars about anything but money!
