I use these to relax in the evening, I unwind and am able to fall asleep without the prescription I had been using, which I really didn't like. I've been an insomniac for as long as I can remember and these help so much! I relax, and eventually fall to sleep slowly and naturally. I really like these because they don't have the paranoia, trippy "high" that traditional THC caused back when I used it.
