They rolled out a new website that has problems. I tried to place an order for 3 days and it wouldnt give me the discount using the code. Each time I contacted them they said we are working on getting this resolved try tomorrow. In the 4th day I finally got my order placed but I can't track it. Instead of using USPS like they used to they use a company called Better Trucks. Mood is located in Oklahoma and I'm in Texas. When I traced my order it's in Chicago IL. Why would s package go there when Texas is just south of Oklahoma. I emailed Mood and the trucking company and get no response. I know they are legit because I've placed several other orders before. Seems I need to find a new company that offers leaf. I'm not satisfied with their website or customer service anymore.
