Having used Helloprint many years ago I would of given them 5 stars!!! This time not so much!
Not once, not twice, three times!!! the order was messed up.
- First time, the design was produced wrong, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as the reassured it would be right this time.
- Second time, the packaging was damaged and the design was still incorrect. Once again after investigating and offering me to print at no extra cost, I was yet again reassured that this wouldn't happen again.
- Third time, not only was the design misaligned on 80%-90% of the business cards (deemed unusable) there was some kind of printing defect on the left corner of the cards, as well some that had been creased and scratched!!!
To make matters worse they had the audacity to offer me 25% discount for my next order, after I requested to be compensated for a full refund for the inconvenience and the impact it's had on my business.
I was aware of the 10 day window to make a complaint following an order however, I explained that because I had been out the country I wasn't able to see the business cards until I got back. Therefore, wasn't able to do anything certainly not within those 10 days to follow anything up.
The fact it's happened not once, twice but three times in a row which is unprofessional and unacceptable, being passed from pillar to post not listening instead fobbing me off by offering me discount.
Consequently I have completely lost all faith and trust in Helloprint, which is a shame! therefore, will not be recommending them using their services again.
