DON'T BUY A FITBIT WATCH IF YOU INTEND TO READ THE SCRENN, absolutely appalling support. I've had an issue with my Fitbit Charge 3 watch for over 6 months where the display is so dim it cannot be read. FitBit support have no intention to replace the watch under warranty, even though it is not fit for purpose as the fundamental use is to read the screen!! They tell me they are working hard to fix the known issue but give no timeframe as to when this will take place. They seem to feel they can completely ignore the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
