I placed my order on the 22nd of April. I was informed on the 6 May that the body oil was not available but would be sent in one to two weeks. It is now the 27 June. More than 2 months since I first placed my order. I am not holding much confidence in ordering with this company again. It is not satisfactory to charge someone for something that is not available for such a long time, especially with no updates as to what is happening. I have been the one who has had to follow up. I now feel a refund is the appropriate way forward. Other products were of good quality but processing order and delivery was slow. Disappointed.
