The website was easy to use and to update my basket, however, I couldn't change the billing address from the delivery address. Luckily I managed to catch them on the phone and they helpfully changed this for me, although it took several tries on the phone to speak to someone. I ordered some wings and these came dirty, as if they had been on display or worn before. I've emailed the website about this but had no reply. I tried to call but couldn't get through to anyone so I'm a bit disappointed as the hen do is soon. All other items were in good order and as shown on the website.
