I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received, I placed an order with you on the 27th April and was told via an email that it would arrive by 5pm on the Friday 29th, by 4pm nothing had arrived, so I called to check that I would get it by 5 pm, I was told it was on the van and it would be with me. When it hadn't arrived at 5, I called again, but recorded message told me that the offices were now closed, 6.30 pm came and went, still no delivery !!!! Saturday morning also came and went with no sign of my parcel. Phoned the office, to now be informed that the offices were closed until Monday. As the Hen party was on Saturday, I was to say the least, quite upset by this. I then find out that it had been delivered to Hinckey main post office, ON SATURDAY. What was the point in giving my address details, if you had no intention of delivering it to my address. I would not recommend you to anybody.
