I'd like to request a refund and I'm not sure how. Paid for next day delivery... THREE days later the box arrives (as I'm already on the hen do) and even when I do open the box (to check if it was actually this delivery) the tiara is snapped and doesn't read 'bride to be' it reads 'to be'. When trying to message the post 9ffice to try and track my parcel they said the ref. Number they had given was fake, when I clearly received an email saying it was dispatched and on its way!!! Overall a MASSIVELY unnecessary stress before my best friends hen do. Seriously disappointed!!!!
