The top itself is fine, a basic Tee with the print I chose on. However, I ordered this on Weds evening for a Hen do at the weekend and chose Next Day delivery. I emailed the team to say that there was an order going out on that Thursday to the rest of my Hen Party and could my top be added to the same print run so that it would arrive on the friday. They could even add it to the parcel to save on delivery if they wanted to - even though I had paid for it. If not and it wouldn't be shipped that day, please could they cancel it as it wouldn't arrive in time and wouldn't be needed. I had a curt response which said they would see what they could do but generally do need 24 hrs before delivery. I didn't hear anything else after that and unfortunately my top wasn't shipped until the Friday so it didn't arrive until after my holiday. I obviously can't return this as it's been personalised. I think Hen Party Superstore should have cancelled the order rather than process it and take my money, as it very clearly had the date on it for that weekend and they would have been able to see that it wouldn't arrive in time. And especially seeing as I had emailed to request that.
