My order came on 13/9 and the bag hadn't completely sealed and the bride to be sash was missing. Phoned and spoke to Olivia on 14/9, a bit concerned as Hen Do is Sunday 18th. Needn't have worried. What a star Olivia is. Has arrived today - 15/9. What excellent service! Have just recommended H.P.S. to a friend also organising a hen party for next month.
