I purchased an order and when it had not arrived within 3 weeks I contacted you by email. The emails I received from your customer service were completely unsatisfactory. When I tried to make contact by telephone there was never any answer. More emails followed and I was told you cannot answer the phone as you do not have the man power to do so. You should not provide a contact number if nobody is going to answer the phone or this should be explained on the voicemail. I requested a refund which I received thankfully.I will never order from you again and I will also advise friends not to order as the order was never received and it meant I had to look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing as a first time customer.
