Do not reply on their next day delivery.
Paid £6.99 for next day delivery, ordered on the Saturday (due to a personalized item i knew this would take an extra day) the item was due to arrive Tuesday.
Called 2 times to chase on the Tuesday as my email was not replied to.
I have emailed the company to ask for my delivery money back Monday but now is Wednesday and I have still not had a reply or any acknowledgement.
