After sending 6 emails to the hen party superstore about products I received I was not happy with I’ve still not had any correspondence from them..
The products I recieved were damaged and nothing like what was seen on the website.
If they have the time to send out several emails regarding reviews then surely they have the time to respond to a customer over items bought from them
