I am always sceptical of purchasing personalised goods online especially from sites i am not familiar with however the prices in comparison to other sites and the selection of goods were good. One of the items i had ordered actually became out of stock, the staff were proactive in contacting me to inform me of this and liaised with me in terms of lead time for the next batch to arrive and be issued to me. The only minor points i would raise is; i had ordered some pocket mirrors and some of them were scratched meaning the text did not look at clean as they could have done. I had also ordered some lip glosses that i requested to have personalised stickers on them. The lip glosses came blank and the stickers separate i would have expected this to come as a finished product. Nevertheless for the prices the service and products were ideal and i would recommend this page to other hen parties who are looking to add a nice touch to hen events.
