I bought some locks from H&H I wrongly ordered (amazing quality just worng size)! They were so quick to respond, made the refund process super easy and didnt mind that it was my mistake. So when I was looking for handles I went straight to Hendel and Hendel for them and WOW! Quick, as well as free delivery and the handles are beautiful. After doing a large renovation and not always having the best experiences, its a nice change to find a company that cares!
