Excellent five-star customer service from beginning to end. Raj was totally understanding when we were unsure of a definite move date. Whenever I had to speak to him he was always friendly, polite and courteous and quick with email responses. When moving day finally arrived, Simon, Darren & Ethan were very good at reducing my panic and stress and were a huge help with last minute packing. They were all totally focused on the job and packed everything onto the van smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble when we arrived at the new house and they were happy to move things around in the rooms. I’m pleased to say that all the employees I dealt with at Henry & Sons are a credit to the company and I would certainly recommend them to anyone moving house.
