Pretty much the same as a few others here, no issues in the past and been using them for a while now. Communication can be a bit weak sometimes but always got my stuff and at good prices and the staff are great. Bit concerned about last weekend though, haven’t received my order you and my account says awaiting shipment. Called last Tuesday, after the bank holiday, spoke to someone and I was told there were a lot of orders to process, which tbh I expected but wasn’t concerned there were any issues. Tried to call today but ringing out?? Anyone managed to talk to anyone yet?
