I would like to appreciate the work of the engineers. However, with no prejudice, I would like to seriously warn most of my dear colleagues for the most unprofessional services I ever received from Henry Schein Dental UK/London during my whole long career. The authenticity of their correspondence, the transparency of their account department, the punctuality and quality of the equipment sale delivery, hand-over is absolutely sub-standard and unprofessional. Many of my colleagues confirmed an evident lack of transparency throughout the sales department. My practice opening day was delayed by one month based on undue delays in delivering the equipment, causing us enormous financial loss and distress.
