I have been so impressed by Hepa shakes. I go to the gym daily and in the past I have tried lots of protein shakes as a way to control my weight, and Hepa is the only one that actually blends really easily, tastes delicious and actually keeps me feeling full. I drink one every day at lunchtime for all of these reasons as well as the convenience of it as a meal on busy work days.
