The worst online marketplace that i have ever purchased from. I made an order last week and received it today. The order was for i12 TWS (4 pieces). I received 1 piece of sonething called i-18. When i tried to connect with their customer service, the wait exceeded 30 minutes and surprisingly although its an amazon company, they couldn't locate anyone who can speak English. After the long run around, they simply asked me to return it, discarding the fact that i told them that i m traveling in 3 days and that the new order wouldn't arrive on time. Too arrogant and have zero common sense!!!
