We were really impressed with the chicken box we received. The 2 whole birds were over 5lb in weight. The first we roasted one day, had cold with home made chips the next and there was still enough left to make a tasty chicken rissotto for a third meal. Really economical, great flavour and the breast meat was so moist. The wings pack was great in the air fry after marinade with lemon, honey, mustard and olive oil. Likewise the 8 chicken breasts are large and have been separated in the freezer. Can't wait to do the thighs with our persiam chicken recipe using onions and dried apricots.
