Customer service is very good if your on their website so are their service reps and they are very responsive. Sending money to Europe was the biggest obstacle but other than that Herbies service was very fast and the seeds I have purchased have all grown nicely. I got one sparce shorty plant out of seven nice full ones. I m happy
