I am a first time customer living in Australia. I waited nervously for about 2 weeks, and then all the little ones arrived ( plus a nice little thank-you gift from Herbies). Items were covertly packed with no problems in delivery. The price, I considered excellent as well as customer service. Can't wait to plant the little darlings next year.
