I bought 2 varieties of autos from Herbies and did have a germination failure with some of the seeds, after contacting them they have replaced all the failed seeds and were very supportive in the process.
The original seeds were delivered within one week which was quick as from mainland Europe to Uk.The staff at Herbies are genuine and very helpful and they offer a good range of seeds for souvenir use only 😉
