My first order went missing so after 5-6 weeks I made contact & another order sent. This order was intercepted by our customs & the seeds were destroyed.
Not necessarily Herbies fault but perhaps a better description of the contents along with a more substantial "gift" may be more successful.
ADDIT:- Thanks for replacing my order but unfortunately the replacement order was seized at the border and destroyed as well
