I had issues receiving my order as customs had stopped it so I contacted Herbies and they immediatley dispatcheda second order to me. This too was also stopped by customs so I contacted Herbies again where they dispatchedvia a different freight service (at a higher cost to them) and I received my international order within a week. very good customer service and very fast turnaround on replacement orders. Couldn'task for any more!
